June 3, 2020 / Corporate Wellness
As we move into Summer 2020, we’re all wondering – what happens next? What steps should we take to ensure a safe return to “normal life”? Whether it’s work, school, family, health or social activities, we’re all uncertain about the future as COVID-19 will continue to impact the lives of everyone around the world. It’s normal to feel overwhelmed or helpless at times throughout this incomparable situation and while we search for ways to regain control of our lives as we get ready to return to the workplace. The best way to do that is to produce a plan of action that prioritizes the health, safety and wellbeing of employees.
We’re all searching for leadership and guidance as we navigate an unpaved path forward. Virgin Pulse focuses on providing direction towards a gradual and successful transition back to the workplace that puts the wellbeing of the employees first. As our CEO, David Osborne said,
“There is no playbook for navigating what we are encountering right now, so it’s on us to create one.”
And that’s just what we did. We created a toolkit and platform to help organizations return to the workplace safely. Now we’re bringing together a group of experts who will share current, actionable insights on the most important topics in our post-pandemic world in our virtual event, THRIVEx.
THRIVEx will help you educate, inspire, and prepare your organization as more employees begin to return to the workplace. Through engaging keynote speakers, breakout sessions, and wellbeing activities, you’ll gain knowledge to help you plan for the future and navigate with confidence.
