Capping off a notable year for the company, including our merger with HealthComp, we are proud to share that Virgin Pulse has been honored with more than a dozen awards in 2023 for excellence in delivering effective solutions for clients, company leadership, and as an employer.

Honors Emphasize “Changing Lives for Good” Mission

These recognitions demonstrate how Virgin Pulse employees worldwide embrace the company mission of changing lives for good. Across the company and around the globe, staff members embrace the company purpose and are motivated by it every day, helping our clients, members, and employees thrive.

This year, Virgin Pulse was recognized with seven awards for excellence in supporting employers and their staff take the steps needed to get healthier. Trusted by thousands of organizations worldwide, the company’s health, wellbeing, and navigation platform delivers whole person engagement by simplifying the member experience through a smart combination of AI-powered technology, behavior change science, and live support. Virgin Pulse was honored by BenefitsPRO Luminaries in the “Humanizing Benefits” category, and by MedTech Breakthrough Awards for “Best Overall Patient Engagement Platform.” For the second consecutive year, the company was on Ragan Communications’ “Workplace Wellness Hot List” as well as the “Top 25 Work Tech Vendors” list from Inspiring Workplaces Work Tech Awards.

Internationally, Virgin Pulse was named Great British Workplace Wellbeing Awards’ “Best Wellbeing Service Provider,” and Incentive Awards’ “Best Health & Wellbeing Supplier,” and received the Silver Stevie for “Marketing Campaign of the Year – Health, Fitness” for Homebase for Health from the Stevie International Business Awards.

Even more rewarding is that many of our clients who leverage our offerings to build a culture of health have been acknowledged as a best place to work this year as well. Congratulations to those organizations! Together we are all changing lives for good.

Company Leaders and Programs Making an Impact

In keeping with our mission of changing lives for good, Virgin Pulse and our leaders are motivated to provide a positive working experience for our own employees, creating a culture that is engaging, inclusive, and helps them thrive. We are proud to have been honored for the second consecutive year as the “Most Desirable Employer” in the IT sector 2022 in Bosnia by MojPosao.ba. We were also recognized by the Stevie Awards for Great Employers with a Silver Stevie for “Achievement in Diversity and Inclusion,” and by OnCon Icon Awards with the “Top 100 Human Resources Team Award.”

We believe that a key aspect of any great company is its leadership, which is why we’re thrilled to share that three Virgin Pulse leaders received high marks in 2023. Chief Commercial Officer Laura Walmsley was a Silver Stevie recipient from the Stevie Awards for Women in Business in the “Female Executive of the Year – Business Services – 11 to 2,500 Employees” category. Chief People Officer Di Holman was also a Silver Stevie honoree within the “Chief Human Resources Officer of the Year” category from the Stevie Awards for Great Employers, while PR Daily’s Top Women in Marketing Awards honored Chief Marketing Officer Erica Sniad Morgenstern as a top “Team Leader.”

Congratulations to everyone involved in these honors, as well as to all those who have contributed to making Virgin Pulse a great place to work! We can’t wait to see what 2024 brings.
