Who you are.
As a Product Manager for Virgin Pulse, you will be aware of how to best use your skills to develop and maintain a vision for key areas of our product while being responsible for communicating the vision to the scrum team. This extends from working with the UX and Design teams to design outstanding user experiences, to authoring user stories and maintaining a well-managed user story backlog.
You possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy, strong agile and process skills, and the drive to make your product vision a reality. You enjoy spending time collaborating with key stakeholders, including engineering and product marketing to bring innovative products to market that meet business, quality and functional goals. You have the talents necessary to develop and implement paid and non-paid social media activity, assist with short-form content creation, and provide top-of-funnel reporting regarding engagement of our targeted B2B audience.

Our product managers enjoy working with lots of inputs and constraints: product and UX vision, use cases, go to market timing, and development budget. They also have a passion for creating winning products, can own the process of product delivery, and can work well within a close knit product delivery team.
What you bring to the team.
You are passionate about quality. Ensuring accuracy and elegance in your work is something you do every day.
- Three (3) or more years working in an agile software development process product team (software, healthcare or related preferred)
- Knowledgeable in SaaS software
- Experience with products used by large numbers of employees
- B2C product management experience strongly preferred
- Professional experience or personal passion for fitness/health challenges and gamification desirable (step challenges or weight loss challenges, for example)
- Experience or interest in building social media products or social features that drive product utilization and behavior change (chat apps, digital communities, newsfeeds, forums, message boards, user-generated content, etc)
TRAVEL: This position may require occasional travel to customer and non-customer sites in North America and Globally
