The Challenge Everybody’s wellbeing journey is different.

PolyOne Corporation is a global producer of cutting-edge polymer materials. It has over 6,000 employees and regional headquarters in China, Brazil, Luxembourg, and the United States. With 60+ manufacturing and distribution facilities, PolyOne has a vast variety of employees working at corporate offices, in the field and manufacturing plants.

While PolyOne had rolled out wellness programs in the past, they now sought a wellness program that understood the goals of their business, could integrate elements of safety education and would find a way to engage their people throughout the calendar year, as opposed to seasonally.
