    Chris is responsible for leading the company’s global growth strategy and helping clients unlock the full value of their healthcare investments to drive better health outcomes.

    Before joining Virgin Pulse in 2021, Chris served as CEO of Alight Solutions, a $2.3B leader in benefits, payroll and cloud solutions. He brings more than two decades of healthcare, technology and HR industry leadership experience to his role at Virgin Pulse.

    A firm believer in the correlation between health, wellbeing and successful outcomes, Chris also serves on the board of directors of GENYOUth, a leading national youth health and wellness nonprofit dedicated to creating healthier school communities.

    As a member of Virgin Pulse’s founding leadership team, Rich now leads and oversees Virgin Pulse operations, including product and technical development, implementation and general operations.

    Prior to Virgin Pulse, he worked closely with several Virgin businesses including Virgin Cars and Bikes, European car rental businesses and telecom/data strategies.

    He has more than 10 years working with web-centric and tech-focused start-ups for Virgin.

    As Chief of Staff and Head of Corporate Development, Andrew oversees strategy, business transformation, corporate development and M&A integration.

    Prior to this role at Virgin Pulse, Andrew held senior sales, marketing and general management positions at Virgin Pulse.

    He has more than 20 years of leadership experience in the SaaS/software industry.

    April’s focus and responsibility is to lead and help develop value-based products, software and services for the health plan and health system markets.

    Prior to Virgin Pulse, she served as Chief Strategy Officer at Welltok. Her background includes a rich range of experience across payers, providers, pharmacy and employers in leveraging technology, data and advanced analytics and market knowledge to develop effective growth strategies, improve the member experience and drive improved financial performance.

    Inspired by her own family’s healthcare challenges, she has dedicated the entirety of her 20+ year career to improving lives and the experience of healthcare through innovative technology, advanced analytics and health services primarily targeting population health.

    Di guides all aspects of Human Resources, including business partnering; talent management; total rewards; internal communications; and diversity, equity, inclusion across all global-wide locations.

    With more than 25 years of high-performance and cultural expertise, she previously served as Managing Director of Global Talent Management at Moody’s and Chief People Officer and Chief Talent Officer at Athenahealth.

    Di prides herself on being with and supporting organizations who recognize culture and its people as a competitive advantage to support its customers, accelerate growth and deliver exceptional business results.

    Amit valiantly leads Virgin Pulse’s Engineering and Technical Operations functions.

    Before Virgin Pulse, he served as Chief Technology Officer from Retail Solutions Inc (RSi) and helped build and execute a highly successful SaaS platform for global retailers and consumer goods companies.

    Erica is accountable for overall marketing initiatives and operations, including demand generation, field marketing, corporate communications, brand and product marketing.

    Previously, she served as Chief Communication Officer at Welltok and led communications and investor relations for Epocrates, a medical app company used by half of the physicians in the U.S. She specializes in guiding companies through the critical start-up to high-growth phase with funding, mergers and acquisitions and IPO activity.

    Erica has an invigorating energy and proven track record of executing effective and creative communications to increase awareness and stimulate action.

    Andrew is responsible for leading the company’s commercial go-to-market-strategy with responsibility for all client-facing teams, including business development, international sales and client success, and strategic development and sales enablement.

    He has spent the last 20 years in various sales-focused roles, such as Chief Revenue Officer, Chief Commercial Officer, and Chief Operating Officer at well-known companies including Cigna, Lark Health and BioIQ.

    Andrew brings proven expertise in revenue growth, strategy development, P&L management, business process optimization and market and product positioning, and is instrumental to develop go-to-market strategies that drive significant growth for the organization.

    Rik oversees Virgin Pulse finance strategy and operations—driving scalable improvements in business process and systems, and accelerating the company’s growth.

    Prior to Virgin Pulse, Rik was the CFO of Jitterbit, a leading API integration and platform-as-a-service (PaaS) provider. He also held executive finance and strategy roles at several well-known public companies and high-growth private companies, including Electronic Arts, Equinix, Levi Strauss and Magnitude Software.

    He is an experienced executive and advisory board member with more than 25 years of leadership experience in strategic finance, international business, mergers and acquisitions, business planning and enterprise software.
