Sessions Will Present Innovative Ideas For Employee Engagement and Global Wellbeing

Dr. Rajiv Kumar, President and Chief Medical Officer of Virgin Pulse, will be leading a panel discussion titled, “Workplace Well-Being Innovators Discuss The Next Generation of Employee Engagement.” In this session, Dr. Kumar will by joined Bob Merberg, Manager of Employee Wellness, Safety and Food Service, Paychex; Kembre Roberts, Manager of Wellness, Southwest Airlines; and Rick Fisher, Vice President, Aon Hewitt Health Transformation Team, to discuss the ways they’re each using gamification, wearable devices, meaningful rewards, and habit design to enhance employee engagement. The session will take place on Tuesday, September 27, 2016, from 3:45 – 5:00 PM.
