Who are you?

The Senior Recruiter position is a critical “role up your sleeves” member of our People team dedicated to supporting the growth and success of the business and our people. Responsibilities of this role are complex, large scale, and dynamic, with a laser focus approach on the goal of enhancing business performance and Virgin Pulse’s status as a world class employer.

 

In this role you will wear many hats, but your knowledge will be essential in the following:  

  • Manage and influence business partner relationships with various teams to ensure overall staffing objectives are successfully met
  • Develop robust and inclusive candidate pipeline strategies to deliver top talent and create diversity initiatives to continue growing our company
  • Design and quickly implement solutions that cut across multiple disciplines, even those beyond people and organizational solutions
  • Create and implement staffing processes and business strategies to achieve an annual hiring plan that emphasizes quality/speed of hires and client management culture
  • Extensive experience in GitHub, AngelList, Stack overflow, Full Stack and LinkedIn
  • Extensive experience with Boolean searches Manage and influence business partner relationships with various teams to ensure overall staffing objectives are successfully met

  • Extensive experience with Boolean searches

What you bring to the Virgin Pulse team

In order to represent the best of what we have to offer you come to us with a multitude of positive attributes including:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
  • +10 years in talent sourcing
  • +7 years of experience developing strategies and growth plans for critical business units
  • +3 years of experience with a Global People Management team
  • Experience solving complex problems, designing creative strategies, and delivering significant impact
  • Knowledge and expertise in technical recruiting
  • Ability to consult, influence, and manage clients and drive efforts and projects through relationships and a broad knowledge base
  • Ability to take initiative and have productive relationships, and work with metrics,numbers, and trends
  • Ability  to lead and inspire teams to meet business growth plans and objectives
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, and comfort in taking initiative to get things done in tandem with participating in deeply complex strategy discussions
