SCOPE OF ROLE:

We are searching for a Client Success Manger to join our dynamic and passionate team in Leeds, West Yorkshire.

 

As a key part of our Client Success team, the Client Success Manager will be responsible for managing, renewing and growing our medium to enterprise sized portfolio of clients, delivering a first-class standard of service.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Account Management

  • Manage a portfolio of medium to large sized organisations, working towards clear retention and growth targets
  • To achieve the above, attend regular meetings with your portfolio of clients throughout the year.
  • Prepare and deliver analytical reviews for clients, developing strategic and consultative recommendations and action plans aligned with client’s goals and objectives
  • Develop presentations, reports and account plans to support client meetings
  • Identify potential new client opportunities through focused research of current pipeline to ensure growth and widespread utilisation of the Virgin Pulse platforms
  • In order to be consultative with our clients, the CSM must ensure that they achieve and maintain a high level of knowledge about corporate health & wellbeing and employee benefits
  • Thoroughly understand our suite of solutions and proactively seek out and generate upsell opportunities.

 

General Administration / Operations

  • Ensure all databases are accurate and up to date.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders globally to best support the customer experience.

What you bring to the team. 

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor Degree qualified or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years commercial, client facing B2B account management/ sales experience in an equivalent role
  • Experience working in SaaS / Technology preferable
  • Outstanding project management abilities
  • Experience of working to a fast pace
  • Good track record of delivering results and working towards targets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Experience using various systems, ideally CRM SalesForce
  • Natural and confident communicating with clients at different levels within an organisation
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint & Excel
  • Full UK driving licence and use of own car.
