Who are you?

You are a detail-oriented Campaign Coordinator experienced in configuring, testing, executing, and reporting on marketing campaigns that drive consumer engagement with products and services. You are looking for an opportunity to grow in your ability to support campaigns end-to-end and get multi-channel marketing experience using Virgin Pulse’s proprietary martech tools (spanning email, SMS, direct mail, interactive-voice-recognition (IVR) calls, social ads, in-app messages, push notifications and landing pages). 

 

In this role you will wear many hats, but your knowledge will be essential in the following:  

  • Collaborate with Campaign Managers to understand client and campaign goals and objectives, then implement campaign strategies based on marketing best practices and predictive analytics. 
  • Intake campaign requirements and output a campaign which meets those requirements, following detailed instructions and getting clarification when faced with ambiguity. 
  • Use proprietary campaign technology to configure campaigns spanning email, SMS (one-way and conversational), direct mail, landing page, Facebook ad, Instagram ad, interactive digital voice (IVR) call, in-app messages, and push notifications. 
  • Balance competing priorities and meet commit dates using project and time management skills and software.

What you bring to the Virgin Pulse team

In order to represent the best of what we have to offer you come to us with a multitude of positive attributes including:

    • Up to 2 years of experience configuring, testing, executing, and reporting on campaigns 
    • Up to 2 years email marketing experience 
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience 
    • Basic Excel skills to handle data, write basic formulas, and produce basic reports 
    • Able to take direction, demonstrated in your ability to receive and comprehend a campaign concept or idea and translate that into material campaign content 
    • Basic understanding of compliance with marketing laws, permissions-based marketing, privacy, and CAN-SPAM 
    • Preferred knowledge and skills (a plus): 
    • The ideal candidate is familiar with email marketing best practices, and acquainted with HTML, A/B test configuration, audience segmentation, dynamic content, automated and nurture campaigns, and email optimization 
    • Experience using marketing automation platforms like Marketo, Pardot, SendGrid, Twilio, Mailchimp, or similar 
    • Experience configuring multi-channel campaigns including SMS, landing page, direct mail, IVR and/or social ads 
    • Experience using Adobe Photoshop to edit image assets for use in campaigns 
    • Experience using Salesforce to manage Cases/Tasks
