The Challenge Promote Employee Well-Being to Drive Productivity at Work and Beyond

BBVA Compass is a U.S. banking franchise with operations throughout the Sunbelt region. It has 11,000 employees and operates 688 branches in Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, New Mexico and Texas.

In an effort to promote employee well-being and address rising healthcare costs, the organization partnered with its health insurer in 2009 to launch an employee wellness program.
