Thrive Summit Just Keeps Getting Better
April 11, 2018 / Employee Engagement
Yesterday we kicked off Thrive Summit 2018 – and it’s bigger and better than ever. From the opening act with graffiti artist Erik Wahl, to an inspiring keynote from Virgin Pulse CEO Dave Osborne, to the one and the only Serena Williams – it’s been simply unbelievable.
What’s best of all is the wonderful attendees. Hundreds of HR and wellbeing practitioners from around the country have gathered here and the energy is indescribable. These business leaders are truly raising the bar for what it means to be an employer of choice. Every single person I’ve talked to here is enthusiastically committed to building a great organization by putting their employees first and supporting them to be happy and healthy people both at work and beyond. Now that’s the kind of industry conference I can get behind.
… not to mention the view.
Want to get a little taste of Thrive? We were fortunate enough to have long-time industry expert Steve Boese with us and he just published the new HR Happy Hour podcast recorded at Thrive Summit. On the podcast, Steve chats with Aimee Dodson from Movement Mortgage and Dave Osborne about how they’re using their wellbeing program to build a strong organizational culture and delightful employee experience at Movement Mortgage. You’ll learn some of Movement Mortgage’s best practices and some of the things their employees love best about their program. Listen to the podcast here!
Thrive Summit is still going strong today, but I’m already starting my countdown for next year!
