Stress impacts 7 out of 10 employees worldwide and the cost impact continues to climb.

As a result, the US absorbs $300 billion annually in lost productivity from stress. Internationally, The EU faces €617 billion in annual expenses associated with work-related depression.

Businesses around the world face a challenge: balancing high performance with employee wellbeing. Employees who are less stressed take fewer sick days, are more focused and more productive.

A 2017 study estimated that a corporate mindfulness program saved $2,000 per employee in healthcare cost and increased per employee productivity by $3,000.
